An Eggs-cellent Way to Plan

Through the eggs cellent way to plan group work, I think the first step in the planning process is the most difficult step we tried to go through. Five people in the group had five different oponions, which it was hard to make a final decision. Since we made the final decision to make a boat shape egg cell to protect our egg, all my groupmates forcus on the final decision and gave different suggestions to make better protection for our egg. I think our group did a good job which everyone in the group tried hard to achieve this goal. Everyone build single relationship, that we all trust and respect each others. We believed groumates taking care of their responsibilties to do their best for our final decision. Everyone in the group provided optional suggests. And these suggests did effect and made our final group work to be better. During the process, everyone in the group helped each other in many ways. Someones cut straws, someones cut tape, someones fold straw around the egg. I think everyone really enjoy the whole wokring process.

Well, I agree with your opinion. I also think that the first step of planning process is one of the most difficult parts in this activity. First, we did not know whose idea is the best and the safe idea to achieve a good result. In most real life cases, we can test out some possible idea before we start new idea, but this case we cannot do it. Therefore, making one agreement between team members should be the most difficult parts of this assignment. If your team could do it, it was a half way of succession, I think.

It seems that we may have been in the same group. Everyone in my group had an idea, which lead to some confusion. But finally, we were able to come out with a finished product. I think we could have done better if we wouold have had some more time.

It's true that sometimes working in a groupo, everybody has a different idea but we just have to work it out. Thats the purpose of planning. Think before we take actions. Although many groups failed in this activities but I think alot of us enjoy the experience of planneing and working together to achieve the same goal.

Here i have to agree with you and the others, the first part indeed was the most difficult part we messed up on that and i say that only because someone in my group came up with the stringing the egg strategy but it was not paid my attention to because it was not heard by all and secondly people who did didn't think much of it. If more had heard then it would have been another case.

Lesson learned over here is that you should listen to everyone's ideas. The question as to which path to take. Well that's why you have someone in charge, someone to filter the all important decision. That's why you have group leaders. So might say that's unfair to the leader that he has to make that vital decision. Well that's why he's a leader. But power comes responsibility, both of getting the credit and especially the blame, and like spider-man that's his gift and his curse. Why/ because he's a leader man.
